Staying at home due to the enhanced community quarantine for more than a month has taught most of us to prepare our own food.

Here’s an easy, almost no cook breakfast recipe- my 3 way avocado toast.

Ingredients:

slices of bread
avocados
egg
strips of bacon
White Mediterranean cheese or any cheese of your choice

Procedure:

For the avocado base, just mash two avocados and add the juice of one small lemon. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Toast three slices of bread.

Fry an egg, either sunny side up or scrambled and a few strips of bacon.

Spread the avocado base on all the slices of bread. Then top each slice with the bacon, white cheese and the egg.

Easy and simple but nutritious breakfast. Enjoy!
